I’m from Tucson and know the town very well.

Shark River Hills is part of the same town and it is safer and rent is more expensive.

Currently one of the rentals (Town House) i own recently burned down due to a kitchen fire.

Take a look at the maps and look at the individual addresses that were used as a basis, as a rent comp in another section of town that may not be applicable could dramatically raise or lower the rents given. 

Balance out your own convenience and comfort when you're in town with the added rental income when you're not, and it may make sense.

In this town, especially this neighborhood, there just isn't many 2 story houses. and there are about 14 houses sold within the last 9 month but most all of these are average 1800 sq ft.

Small Condos and town homes go for 180 - 230.

Mostly in the Plaza District down town OKC but also in Edmond.

Glassboro has seen a large amount of development and the towns surrounding it are seeing growth as well.
