Rent: Getting the Right Valuation

Hello BP,

Very new to the RE scene and I am wondering what resources have worked for you when it comes to finding out what similar homes/units are renting for in the area? Should I strictly just use zillow/real estate postings, or is there a better method that you would recommend? Thanks in advance!

my property manager has been an excellent resource for setting an appropriate rental rate, as his years of experience exceeds anything I could estimate via online resources
