For myself I've been looking at temporarily relocating to a Midwestern neighborhood enabling me to manage some projects myself in a market where cost of entry is lower and cash more readily available.I think using family money on RE deals can be an excellent way to both increase the volume of deals you can take part in and also enable your family members to benefit from your REI knowledge and skill.

I've seen dozens of homes, I've ran almost hundred deals through paper math, on excel, and a few dozen through BPs rental calculator.
