The tenant moved from New York to South Jersey, he claims he needs his niece to help do the shopping and cooking and such and that she only stays there about four or five days a week and spends the rest of her time in New York.

End of August rolls around and he texts me from the 4th different number in a many months and he is back in the DR to handle some family stuff but will be back in a week or 2 his new girlfriend will meet me at the apartment on the 15th of Sept.

paperwork was signed and money exchanged on March 3rd 2020...Pat and her 2 felon sons have terrorized this small neighborhood for years and years... we put a contract on the home in an effort to help the neighborhood, we will be tearing down the home as meth was cooked in it for years... should we stay the course to buy the property and wait her out or can she really just cry "I'm a poor widow, you tricked me" and she gets to stay.... any help at all will be helpful because our attorney is completely out of his depth on this... thanks in Florida
