I also currently work full-time in property management and have experience working with tenants and building financial models.I plan to utilize the BiggerPockets platform to share all the experience and book knowledge I have in hopes that it will provide value to someone who is in the same or different point in their career. 

I think my best bet will bet to look into the Section 121 exclusion and have him sell it to me.

If you're in software development, you're good at what you do, and you're not focused on some bespoke in-house developed platform that no one outside of your organization has ever heard of - Austin will be a better job market for you than Philly.
