At the moment I just have the pre-approval from a bank, so I can search for properties and realtors know I am a serious buyer.

Any thoughts on how to go about buying this property without having to search for investors.

Your property will not show up on their search if you list it for $209k or even in some cases for $200k.

In the meantime, in my preliminary search for a one stop platform these struck me as two of the better players.

I know some people are searching for buyers first by looking for landlords that is offering some rentals.

It’s saved me time & money on my house search.

Very new to the game so maybe I need to just focus my search a little better but it looks like you could walk from the Loop all the way up to Belmont Ave. and hit an open house every block!
