New member in South GA/North FL

Hello everyone, 

Excited to be here, I am a new investor/landlord/owner in South GA/North FL area. I currently rent  my old condo in DC, and three single family homes in GA, and trying to rent a house in Sarasota. I have many questions if I’m “doing it right,” as my properties are a mix of mortgage loans of varying lengths, and two houses are seller financed. I am trying to convert all loans to 20 yr notes, and my long term goal is to continue obtaining properties for passive income and retire early. Thanks for reading!
