But, if you are a cook, you have no need for a hammer. ;-)Yes, it works fine, but it is only a tool.The rest is marketing, phone calls, followup, and long tedious hours of consistency and work.But, it's a very effective tool for those who learn how to use it.

I see data, pull it myself and while most states are still behind the number of defaults we were seeing in 2019 (pre-covid), they are quickly catching up, with some states, cook county for example is actually higher than 2019.
