Time it takes to transact a "Subject To"

Hi BP community,

I am following up some Pre-foreclosure leads and would like to know how long roughly it takes to transact a "subject to" agreement. I know it is generally quicker than going out and getting a loan, but I would like to know if I still have time 1-2 weeks before the foreclosure auction to pursue the properties. Thanks!

@Michael Narup You're going to need to contact the trustees who are conducting the foreclosure and determine the process for bringing the loan current and reinstating the loan. If you can't pay the arrears and reinstate, subject-to is obviously out.
