I hate wasting time so my wife and I are closing on a duplex in the next week or so here in Salt Lake City, Utah.

So you want to meet their expectation.OutsideThere are two things that I noticed about this property’s exterior that are actually a bit above par: The exterior walls seem to be stucco and the roof has been redone at some point.

Get a lay of the land before doing any other DD or you might just be wasting your time on the other parts. 

I'm currently putting systems in place so that when I start my marketing campaign (creating that as well) I won't get disorganized and waste leads.

Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed or if I am wasting my time with this?
