Hello All, 

I've taken an interest in wholesaling and have been reading into it a lot lately. I am looking to begin as soon as possible, but I don't want to rush into it blind. I'm currently residing in San Marcos, TX. If anyone can elaborate on the required contracts needed, that would be a lot of help. If possible, I would also like to shadow, or preferably assist someone who is either in the same boat or already has experience.
