I love the idea of this website. The YouTube podcasts have been amazing to listen to. So much good information. I listen to one a day while I code at work, jotting down notes. I hate wasting time so my wife and I are closing on a duplex in the next week or so here in Salt Lake City, Utah. The market is red hot right now and prices are ridiculous. Found this property through connections. Is there any other way right now unless you want to pay a half million for garbage? Looking forward to getting to know all of you.
