Mostly I was trying to gauge other's opinions if it was even a smart thing to borrow more from the EIDL loan.  

I agree with @Joshua Strickland, Smart BNB is the way to go.

I'm currently on pace to make 1M+ from my investments in the company and that capital will be accessible once an IPO occurs (I could sell on the private market but that wouldn't be a smart idea financially).

@Evan McKinney If you have access to direct to seller opportunities or distressed situations in Newnan, it might be smart to stay in that area.

My husband and I own property in both Denver and Frisco and have used both short term and long term rental strategies.I think it’s smart to look for investments in Breck, and your strategy is a good one.

The numbers on AirDNA look too good to be true and before this post and thanks to you and others here I have learned of other smart methods to check numbers.
