@Justin R,  thank you for your information,  I did ask the inspector who came out to my house, he said the high occupancy house regularly is being challenged in court , therefore it’s not enforced.

It takes around 2-3 years for a website to rank organically and produce deals.As most deals today can be listed an sold as is to regular non investor buyers for a premium.

A run down office building converted to bunk rooms has got to be better than a muddy tent city in the middle of the I-5/I-90 interchange.And unrelated to investing,  I assure prior poster that anybody who is a regular bicyclist is very aware of who will win in a bike/car collision.

Also most if not all Title companies will NOT take a certified check as those were subject to counterfeit  maybe the local attorney closer will take them but if you use one with a big title company they will wait for them to clear just like a regular check..
