Now our plan is to rebuild, and will have a permit this month for our new 3175 sqft elevated 3 story home (I'm going to live in this one)If everything goes smooth, 9 months from now we should have our baby... and by baby I mean our tool to build our financial freedom.

At some point during my formal education, I found Bigger Pockets and have become a faithful disciple in pursuit of financial freedom.

After a long self contemplation I decided I wanted the ultimate gift of financial freedom and started the process of self improvement and Education.

I think a Political Candidate, Andrew Yang, has proposed doing that with something he calls the Freedom Dividend, which is an unconditional $1k per person per month divident to all Citizens.Maybe it's time to think out side the box of thinking for a solution.

I don’t mind getting an additional certification but I bet there are a lot other ways that someone with my background can start working on the side (mainly weekends) and build enough wealth to start purchasing cash flowing properties and build a portfolio that will generate enough passive income to reach financial freedom!!!
