Hey BP! My name Norwin Lanot, I'm from Burbank, CA. I've been learning about real estate and using BiggerPockets for the last couple of months and decided it was finally time to formally make an introduction. I'm currently a senior in high school. I teach my own financial literacy club on campus, and I'm also the host of my own podcast. Ultimately, I want to reach financial freedom by means of real estate investing, but my short term goals are to simply start networking more both in person and through BP. Although the strategy I want to use to kick off my real estate investing journey is not set in stone, I am particularly interested in House Hacking and BRRRRing.
