Too late now so I guess you just want and see what happens.

Us mortals are charged a fee per late k1 by the IRS.

I specialize in multi family properties, but lately have been looking into and considering getting into flipping.  

@David Ribardo we still need to finish successfully BRRRRing this multi so we will be focused on that for 2018.

More traditional things I would suggest, billing back utilities, charging for pets, upgraded finishes to increase rents, charging fees for things like storage or extra parking.Authors I would suggest Ken Mcelroy and Dave Lindahl.

And this may be a bit late stop being so benevolent in this business.

https://altos.re/r/85542a0    Here is the city were we currently building out a 23 home project.we are priced new construction at 439k to  469k  exactly the sweat spot.. we have only 5 left after starting the year with 21 to sell.. this project will start to finish in just about 1 years time.although from the time I put the first deposit on the dirt to the time we went vertical took two years.. so total 3 year process.
