It's 7 years later and I'm revisiting this post to see if selling real estate with crypto has more feasible options now.

I feel like it is a catch 22.For me to get a house to rent out as an invenstment in our area... going by this rule... it just doesn't seem feasible... is this when I either change strategies and look for houses that I could flip (not sure if that's what it is considered) or start researching another area if I want rentals?

While the test is in working more than 50% of your hours in real estate, a job that requires you to show up 48% of days makes it more feasible to do when you have 52% of days available to work in real estate as opposed to 28%. 

Wish there was an audiobook version if the book we written so that it was feasible.

Housing is cheaper down there than in the cities so building a house on that lot may not even be feasible.  

Being an exemplary tenant works against the landlord too, since in court there is no real material facts in dispute and my character is without reproach.M2Ms are not feasible with someone who actually has a budget.

Having the water company put on a second meter would be my preference,  but probably isn't feasible. 

It has 3 buildings on the parcel right now and he says the plot could feasibly support 11 residential houses.

@Shibu ThomasI am doing it now as we speak in 3 properties.Only option was to install 3 separate boilers but it’s not really that feasible on cost.
