The seller says its due to the fact that the tenant helps her with rides to all of her doctor's appt, shopping, etc, and she doesn't have the heart nor the funds to evict her, her son, her daughter, her daughter's husband, and their 4 dogs (2 chihuahuas and 2 large breeds).I knew all this before we even began negotiating, but since the seller and tenant were with me at the kitchen table, I didn't want to upset anyone before the contract was signed by bringing this up.

Would it be prudent to cash out profits now and move them to a more stagnant Midwest market to achieve higher cash flow and wait for the next decline to hit in order to start investing in Florida again or would you let it ride?

I agree that the MAX is a tough pill to swallow for taxpayers that, A) don’t use it and B) don’t own a business or property around it, as these taxpayers are subsidizing every ride in a heavy manner.
