You are courting vacancy over ten days' use of laundry facilities for which you charge a dubious fee.

Two of them are also in a subdivision with a very nice pool and tennis facility.

I just quit using the facility here, and I go to a local laundromat that has attendants on duty who can give me my money back if a machine doesn't work, and lets me just use quarters.So, anyway, I wouldn't expect them to give you less hassle, honestly, if that's what you're after.  

I could even turn the bottom floors into a coin-op 24/7 laundry facility for both tenants and the general public.

I'll be moving the stuff into a short-term storage facility.

Now the junk is on our property, and we either break the law by dumping it on someone else's property, or we pay to haul it to the dump.I tried calling the campus to get them to use their own facilities to haul it off - no luck.

If that is the case, though, then I would expect a reciprocal understanding of (Our Company) cost of providing the laundry facilities.

While there is a Search facility of sorts, there's no way to find, for example, information on beginning wholesaling, estate planning / asset protection, etc.

Is there washer-n-dyers in the units or a laundry facility?  

We supply the much appreciated free laundry facilities (higher rents more than cover the costs).
