I discovered BP shortly thereafter and have been reading all I can on real estate investing, and burning through podcasts nonstop.

They get contacted by someone who offers to buy their property, in cash, and close quickly.Elderly person signs, prepares to move, and later discovers that the person who bought their house turned around and sold it for hundreds of thousands of dollars more than they paid for it - with no work done.

I grow up with mini splits and it is kinda funny America just discover it.
