Hello BP!

After a second read through of Rich Dad, Poor Dad about a month ago, something clicked this time with me and opened the world of real estate investing.

I discovered BP shortly thereafter and have been reading all I can on real estate investing, and burning through podcasts nonstop. The idea of financial freedom and leaving the corporate workplace is very appealing, and now seems obtainable!

I’ve started looking at and analyzing local small multi family properties (currently reading The Multifamily Millionaire) and hope to be in a position to purchase my first rental property next year, after educating myself some more.

I’m located outside Grand Rapids, MI (Zeeland, to be exact) and would love to connect with others in the area.
