Before this coronavirus stuff hit, I've been working on putting together a business plan and getting the necessary licenses to start a mortgage lending business.

I am ashamed that I attended the FB seminars during the pandemic, as I was unemployed and desperate to find a new job.

Any advise for a new investor coming in right as this pandemic hit?  

Let me add some info...during this pandemic the one tennant who HASNT paid in 9 mnths isn't on section 8.

This is in Seattle, which has had a major outbreak.I had asked if they were tested, and if not, indicated they/I would need to have the place sanitized before I have anyone else go into the place.They wrote back saying their health is none of my business, that they have cleaned the house, and even though they weren't tested, they don't have coronavirus. 

Mike, I am really down on commercial real estate; I think the pandemic has accelerated the move away from offices (it was a movement before the pandemic). 

That it's very difficult to get funding approved during the pandemic.

Its funny just to look at posts about the Corona Virus 1 week ago and see how outdated it is.  

Where do things stand in your area in light of the Coronavirus?
