I watched a webinar from connected investors on micro wholesaling program...They have this software called PIN PLUS...As a beginner wholesaler this software seems to help you get deals done quicker..The catch is they want 1400.00dollars down and then 97.00 a month to use this software...Has anyone tried this software out?
