I really wouldn’t recommend doing BRRRR remotely as a beginner.  

I watched a webinar from connected investors on micro wholesaling program...They have this software called PIN PLUS...As a beginner wholesaler this software seems to help you get deals done quicker..The catch is they want 1400.00dollars down and then 97.00 a month to use this software...Has anyone tried this software out?

A good place to start is with the free guides, such as "The Ultimate Beginner's Guide To Real Estate Investing".
