Also, if I wanted to get multiple bids should I bother my real estate agent to set up individual appointments so all the GC's can do their estimates on the property, or is it better to just have all the GC's meet at the property at the same time to do their estimates?

I think it's a matter of having an understanding of what you can do with FB, choosing a strategy, then executing that strategy.For instance, I create an ad offering a lead magnet (something of value someone gets in exchange for an email address), it takes them to a landing page, and then I place them on an automated drip campaign focused on getting them to respond for more information or an in person appointment.

Plus when I call, I will have their information and I don't have to ask many questions, so I can just schedule appointments to see the house-Hire people on craigslist to drive around with my custom made stickers on the back of their car window + use a toll free 1-800 number with voicemail message to track leads from drivers.
