These older gentleman claim they know the 'secret' behind this method but refuse to tell anyone since it would create un-needed competition in their wholesaling business.

I could see this floor plan for us up at our cabin. we have pleantly of land and we all want a place at this price it's do able.. and sufficient. how did you come up with the floor plan design.Your secret is out.. it's time to share more.. 

Perhaps in the secret town of OH where you invest, you would be correct.

Even if we forget saturation, interest rates, and the economy for a minute, the biggest thing that will keep those returns away is that the secret is out. 

I'm not sure of your background or if you have friends that can take secrets to the grave.
