I try to stay away from the larger property managers and focus on the small landlords who are going through an eviction.  

Take them both to small claims court.

I have been doing a lot of reading on where to start and decided that I am going to start small in wholesaling and grow from there.  

We found a small one bed apt in southern Seattle, just to get us out here.

Ask them if it would be alright to find them a buyer at no cost to the seller for a small fee with no contingencies.

If it's a small kitchen, I would consider that and doing myself.  

While living there, I've learned a few small tips about the house such as how to deal with the mice (we're in the city) and how to clear the back patio drain when it clogs (it looks bad but it's really not).

I am going to put together a financial resume and approach a few small banks in my area to see if there is interest on their end in regards to lending to me and then take it from there.
