Do they interact well with everyone?

I would like advice on what questions to ask specifically and what to expect/hope to pay as an investor calling up a local title company for a preliminary title report, without any previous interactions with the company.

My experience has been that the interactive classroom setting brings about more critical thinking and awareness. 

But I challenge that in that if what you are doing makes you happier then it is a benefit for all that you know and interact with.
