There were some last-minute issues with the title but our RE attorney was great and resolved the issue in time for the early closing.Yesterday on the 3rd, I went to sign the paperwork with the property insurance agency at which time I was told they put the wrong address on the quote and after making the correction the premium went from $2,600 to $3,900 annually.

@Joshua MayoI’m sorry but if this works it proves there is something really wrong with the credit score system.The scores should indicate to a potential lender how likely you are to pay your loan back and how is that more likely by getting more lines of credit available?

What happens in these misunderstandings is that something goes wrong either in the sale or after, and then they sue you for some statement you made that they “misunderstood”.
