Wow i need to go shopping...here in central illinois i have been paying $300/month for empty home insurance.... state farm and country insurance wont except it so they contract it out....I usually use the empty for a month or 2 adn then ahve it switched to renters with a month to month tenant ( painter)

you'll more from than that than any book probably..be careful not to overleverage all your money with a loan, and then have no reserves...what would you do then, if a tenant doesn't pay the rent, or you have to evict and they destroy the place?

It's a black hole for our tax dollars.Anyone who knows how to balance a checkbook knows that you can't keep spending more and more money, cut revenue and still have things balance out...it's just not possible.Unfortunately, for many politicians, it's worth mortgaging our future to ensure that we have the capacity to destroy the planet 11 times over...as apparently the ability to destroy the planet 9 times over just wasn't enough...
