You leave the house at 6:00am and return at 7:00pm because you fight LA traffic every day.

I'd look at places at say 75,000 population + but not innercity over 200,000, personal thing, I hate traffic for one thing, but you also get more competition, lose that small bank relationships, generally have more metro regulations, health and building code issues and it's much harder to get into an influencial positions in the community, you may only get to be a small fish in a big pond.

Hey Landon, I'm not much older or wiser but I'll chime in :)I think the ideal business would be a start-up company, probably web based.

His answer was to bring money to the table or offer some specialized knowledge or time.I began searching for information by stopping by the local book store and also the web for anything I could learn about investing.
