@Arnold Finkelstein, there is almost no such things as a void tax sale in Jefferson County, either Birmingham or Bessemer divisions, because of the 1937 Local Law.

If the property is eepssentially abandoned though, they likely don’t care.For complaints, go the Code Enforcement division....they may or may cure the problem and lien the property for cost/violations.

I think your problem is that USAA doesn't offer any products that account for the unique risks associated with bed and breakfast/ short term rental businesses.
