Instead, look towards a credible website, and then use Facebook ads or even PPC (not a fan of PPC to be honest, but it does work(ish)) to drive relevant traffic to your site.That is the way to go my dude!

A business that did not need foot traffic from the public would be a perfect fit. 

You can increase your traffic by working on SEO which will, in time, increase your ranking, thus increasing traffic.

If you are in a high-traffic area, a well-designed and attractive car wrap could be worth it.  

The sprawl is very real around here and other than Charleston and Columbia, traffic is manageable, so people don't mind commuting.

Hmmm, I didn't realize State laws like "foreclosure avoidance is a criminal act", excise tax on all property sales, the tax costs from the tunnel in Seattle, funding the ferry system, increasing gas taxes to accommodate the heavy traffic in Seattle etc don't affect Wenatchee, Spokane and the rest of the eastside.

Again, youll have to do some research to determine which of those areas will give you the amount of traffic you need to keep your occupancy at a profitable level.
