Now I say that and I did a 7 lot one in North Charleston that I got through in 4 months.. but the lots were on a paved street with city sewer and water.. if you have to build infrastructer it can take a year to put plans together and get them approved.I think being a land ACK person for a big developer or builder would also teach you a lot with getting paid to do it. 

There was an Apt Building there named "Yung Haus" that was dorm style.

I've mostly been doing research on my behalf and have bought a program on real estate to teach me the rope so I'm all ears for anybody around the area that has any advice or tips in general.Thanks,Jovany Cabrera

Sort of the loft-style living.
