Hi BP,

I am fresh bait and am starting out as a wholesaler. My primary areas of focus are more down south (auburn, monroe, duvall etc.). I've mostly been doing research on my behalf and have bought a program on real estate to teach me the rope so I'm all ears for anybody around the area that has any advice or tips in general.

Monroe and Duvall are neither south nor near Auburn though- may want to focus in on a certain area and learn it inside and out.
