I would just go with Florida, you can jump on Sunbiz org and complete the company info, and fill out your articles of inc. 

Those are money makers for companies.

I would recommend researching companies before you join to see if they align with your values.

Problem is, me and my siblings are also beneficiaries.How do I find out if the house is really company owned, and can the trustee make it so that no one can see this.
