Hey, guys, I just wanted to see what everyone is thinking and feeling as the market continues to shift.   

As a society and government, we have put in place safeguards to make sure that won't happen. 

My PMC tells me the market is slow for 1 due to the time of year and 2 because their market had a big shift this last spring and summer.

Need to look at true comps within last 45-90 days, and/or discount older comps relative to market shifts. 

I'm waiting on the latest report to send to me.The market has already shifted from May to now.

The market is shifting to a buyers market with raising interest rates and properties sitting longer. 

Yes, if you're that person who bought the $730k median home in May and needs to sell now for some reason, you're definitely unhappy with how the market has shifted and probably not selling for $730k. 

Now is a good time to buy too as it’s shifted away from being a sellers market.
