So i TOTALLY RECOMMEND INVESTING IN TENNESSEE.Speaking on South Florida, First off its not a very large area in terms of land compared to other areas in the country, so with this in mind I don't know that i would say its a bad area to invest in, but i do think that a seasoned investor would do much better here than a newbie, simply bc i think its safe to assume they would have the network/financial backing to move quickly on deals...

As far as what coverages, I would start with looking up what the State requirements are to license the home.the State will usually have pretty stringent guidelines as to which coverages you have to have and what limits of insurance you need to carry.This makes it pretty easy to compare insurance quotes as the insurance agents and carriers all need to quote the same minimums.

If someone is willing to live with family or in a homeless shelter they could potentially invest near 100 percent of their income and certainly benefit more in the long run compared to owning a primary residence.

Hello everybody, of course we were working during last 5 years with some retailers implementing loyalty programs based on proximity marketing tools, and currently we are working for airports, transportation systems and other venues....We had the opportunity to test and compare the tree main technologies availables: ibeacon, wifi-routers and Seeketing.Not all strategies are easy to implement, and the results are very different (ibeacon < 1% of total customer engaged, wifi-router/social wifi <10%, Seeketing <70% of total customer engaged)... so more than 30 projects and six years of experience doing a lot of things... happy to share with you any detail if you are interested.Regards

There's a very small sample size for comparable apartments on zillow/craigslist/realtor.com and I was wondering if anyone has any strategies they've used to calculate accurate/conservative rent prices for specific neighborhoods?
