Consumer have made numerous complaints about this "industry" as well.The increased score happens because these "businesses" inundate the bureaus with questionable requests for changes, playing the “this isn’t my credit card” game, and other tactics that force the bureaus to investigate these practices.While the investigation is under way the bureaus remove the trades in question and, if negative, their scores increase the next time their credit is retrieved, the sugar rush.

This particular search found the following (off the top of my head): HOT wires loose under the insulation in the attic; non-working plugs and switches throughout the house; numerous aesthetic QC issues; showers/sinks with no hot water owing to incorrect plumbing; a hot wire SPLICED INTO A METAL LAMP CORD found in the attic… In a nutshell, his entire house had to be rewired because Bob had turned it into a FIRETRAP; on top of this, two dishwashers were “removed for faulty (insert excuse here)” and replaced with inferior models, in addition to a stove, during the three or so week period.Now, let’s go back to my place.

In terms of what you'll need: - signed disclosures (authorization forms, etc) - most recent 1 months pay stubs - 2 months most recent bank statementes - 2 years most recent tax returns and W2's - fill out an online application Depending on your circumstances you might have more items such as letter of explanations, divorce decree's, mortgage notes, income verifications from your employer or rental verifications from your current landlord, etc Hope that helps!
