The unit addresses were suppose to be on the posts of the front porch...now they are hiding the giant hole in the siding.

There is so many rental by Disney I often see people who own in that area end up renting out long term for much less because there not able to fill it.

IMO they have zero cred...as they were not able to identify an opportunity in their face...and now we are supposed to believe they can recognize opportunities about random locations they even know less about. 

Second, the unit isn't in great shape (most notably, there are a bunch of weird steps up and down between rooms, and the bathroom has like 3 steps in it - all of which is bad news for old folks), so to make it nice (and level) would cost up to $300k.

Buyers were required to acknowledge this assessment and its associated costs for the current year, as well as for subsequent years.Subsequently, it became evident that condos sold in the first half of 2021 were priced notably lower, ranging from $50k to $70k less than those sold after May 1, 2021.

Notable CapEx in the 6 years are: Replacement roof, replacement boiler for Apt 2 (converted oil to gas - the boiler we replaced was from the 1940s!)

We've witnessed notable price appreciation and the inherent benefits of low maintenance that come with new construction.

The remainder is deposited into the same checking account.I’m not a giant by any means - I’m at 43 doors now in two different states.
