subscribe to Property Radar hands down best app to find these things.although in that area trying to buy one property is probably a complete waste of timethe guys and gals that do it for a living will eat your lunch... if you are successful and buy one it will be near full retail if not more.. go to the sales and watch them for a month or two and you will see how it works.

I want it not necessarily to become a realtor, but more so to provide a slight advantage to myself financially to both the purchasing and selling of real estate but also to gain access to MLS listing.First, I'd like to ask if this is even adventitious as a real estate investor or if I'd be merely wasting time and money?
