Per David Greene’s advice, I always recommend to get at least 3 quotes that break down timeline and cost and then choose from there.PMs main role is to fix those big issues when they arise so I’d be a little concerned on their vendor reliability because you shouldn’t have to message them multiple times.I would discuss with them how you can work together to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
