Green Landlord from Gaylord, MI

Last month, I was introduced to Rich Dad, Poor Dad by a total stranger. I've now finished Brandon's 'How to Invest in Real Estate" as well as most of Kiyosaki's books. I've been wanting to jump in to real estate for some time now. My father-in-law has several rentals. He is now retired and has enough cash flow that he doesn't even touch his 401k.

I just purchased my first condo unit for $49,000. It will rent for $900 and cash flow around $280/month. I plan on purchasing another unit within the next year. I look forward to digging into this community and learning how others have built their wealth.

Thanks to everyone in advance for your future support!
