Maybe start by inquiring about markets close to you, setting up a keywords search for them and following those that are major BiggerPockets contributors in those markets.

As you probably found on your housing search many (possibly most) houses that are being sold for rental income have illegal units or rooms somewhere on the property.

@Harley Tigreros Just so you know:Clerk of court website, Official Records, search by owner name...is where you find recorded doc.s, deeds, mtg, LP, etc.At the top of the LP will be the foreclosure case number, something like 50 2018 ca 002468xxxxmbClerk of court site, Court Records, Civil....you can look up the foreclosure case no.

I want to do Drone videos of our subdivisions I really like photos from the air.. plus links to google earth etc.. 

If you want a signature as proof you would have to use Docusign or maybe you could create one in google forms.

Hello Everyone, i've been looking at doing some flips next year and i hope i could get some tips to the strategy i want to work with.I have been searching and networking with some contractors, after some conversation and also vetting them out with projects i have trickled them down to 3 who i believe are reliable.My plan is to buy a foreclosed house, fund the purchase and materials to bring the house to a livable condition.

Sounds like I should stick to my numbers and keep searching through the different sources.

Have an agent set up an mls search/alert for it.
