Looking for my first flip

So I've done the homework and continue to do more homework. I've assembled the team, lined up the capital, now what? There's several strategies I'm using to find our first flip. However it's taking some time. I've seen potential deals and numbers don't make sense or the risk outweighs the potential profit. Am I just being too picky? I feel like I perhaps need to loosen up my criteria and just get my feet wet. I would like to hear from flippers out there on any tips or advice. Is being picky with properties a good thing? What are your thoughts? Thanks
