Is there a vision that any others will become shareholders (or be granted grant options to acquire shares) in the company in the future?

Looking to get my feet wet with wholesaling, but not afraid to take the leap forward to the next level if the opportunity presents itself.I'm ready to dive in head first and take my future into my own hands.

I´d love to see this reality more prominent in the future but then have to tie myself back into the present moment and strategies my first step.

My current situation is that I am renting, but looking at doing a “house hack” in the near future.

I would be especially wary of this "guarantor" as there will be a strong possibility of animosity between them and your tenants in the future. 

I can not predict the future, but....that has no chance of happening.

I wouldn’t want this to be an ongoing issue in the future so how do you guys go about handling this with getting penalized with air bnb?
