I'm 61 years old right now and tend to be very opinionated when making real estate answers.I became a member of BP about 3 1/2 years ago and have been learning about real estate learning full time ever since then mostly because I am bedridden because of a brain annuerism and a stroke when I was 54.

and if your ever in litigation over a defect of any sort any decent Oregon lawyer will determine your not licensed and you lose pretty much hands down.further to add to frustration.. you need one for every single LLC.. and since I have 14 LLCs my main one which is me personally has the developers license and owns 50% of each of these others..

Class of neighborhood, population growth or decline locally, job growth or decline locally, amount of new construction, percentage if home ownership but having watched rents since the late 80s on my parents houses and having my own properties for a decade or so I haven't ever seen significant declines in rent I have seen rent stagnation and rent growth but never any real drops out side of a couple areas where neighborhoods declined greatly.
