Harris is on the border of Jefferson park, so it does put you at the front lines of East Point's crime, much of which emanates from the high school across the street from the property you are looking at.  

Each region/area has a patchwork of multiple MLS's hacked together over the years, and typically each MLS will get a realtor auto-access to MLS's that border it's region.)

Possibly buy and holds across the border as well.

That's routine day to day stuff.Nonroutine things include dealing with a deceased person and their belongings. 

If it does not border me with the periodic unload process, then I will continue buying/placing more of them knowing that I will transition to an automatic (card system) at some point in the future.

It will probably be a couple of years before LJ will be ready to buy more and other people involved in the project will be purchasing homes.I had been worried about finding more good deals but people we have never met come over to talk about selling their home or deceased family members home for a great price on a regular basis now so I am no longer worried.Not a BP thing, but more than anything, I am ecstatic to be in remission.

I live in a border city, am looking to invest on both sides of the border, and would like to ask family from out of either state.  

Not a lot of qualified tenants, and not worth the carrying cost of a house that can be broken into and vandalized.I could over time purchase the whole street, and work with the city to annex the lots into the city, currently in the county, but borders the city limits.

The area bordered by Hillsborough Ave, I-275, and the river are about to accelerate as well....

@Jason Bajaj  In addition to Dave's comments above, your Canadian partners should obtain tax advice from a Canadian accountant or attorney specializing in cross-border business as their is no equivalent Like-kind deferral under Canadian tax law,  CRA is going to see capital gains as being due on the disposition.
