I see a lot of arrogant people say if you have non-paying tenants during the pandemic it is due to your poor screening.

All the screening in the world, doesn't control for pandemics, divorces, job losses.Let's face it real estate is messy.   

The pandemic has plagued a lot of us financially.

Also, due to the pandemic, lots of local government meetings are now happening over Zoom. 

Because the coronavirus (although temporary) is shutting down retail and restaurants.
