You can hire a coach that takes you through a transaction from start to finish so you learn the tricks of the trade.

What if you have to look back on your life and you are kicking yourself for not being able to coach your kids sports, help your mom with things, take your wife out, all of it.  

Basically, is a Coach worth the money? 

That means there really isn't a mentor/coach cost and it's an actual property with profit.

I will suggest you to get a mentor or a RE coach to guide you in your second chance
